Every piece begins not in a factory, but in the leftover grounds of your morning cup. Here's the journey. すべての製品は工場ではなく、あなたの朝の一杯に残ったコーヒーかすから始まります。その工程をご紹介します。
Collecting 回収
Rescuing spent coffee grounds from local cafés before they reach the bin. 廃棄される前に、地元のカフェから使用済みのコーヒーかすを引き取ります。
Processing 加工
Drying, grinding, and blending the grounds into a fine, even powder. コーヒーかすを乾燥させ、細かく均一な粉末になるまで挽き、混ぜ合わせます。
Formulating 調合
Mixing with plant-based binders in the lab — no harsh chemicals. ラボにて植物由来のバインダーと混ぜ合わせます。刺激の強い化学薬品は使用しません。
Curing 硬化
Drying and setting the material into durable, versatile leather sheets. 乾燥させて定着させ、丈夫で使いやすいレザーシートに仕上げます。
Creating 製作
Handcrafting unique, sustainable products from the finished leather. 完成したレザーから、一点一点丁寧にサステナブルな製品を手作りします。
Crafting 仕上げ
Hand-finishing each piece — earrings, camera straps, wallets and more. ピアス、カメラストラップ、財布など、一つひとつ手作業で仕上げます。
